(58534) Logos, emotional consciousness geared towards interesting rational approaches

(58534) Logos is a Kuiper belt object discovered in February of 1997 and named in June of 2006. It has a perihelion of 39.9 AU and an aphelion of 50.8 AU. It has an inclination of 2.9º.

In Autumn of 2001 it was discovered that (58534) Logos had a binary companion (named Zoe). It is a system of nearly equal-sized bodies, with diameters of about 80 km and 66 km.

'Logos' is the Greek word for 'word' or 'reason' and 'zoe' is the Greek word for 'life'. The sophists used the term 'logos' to mean discourse, and Aristotle applied the term to 'rational discourse'.

The emotional consciousness of (58534) Logos is geared towards interesting rational approaches.

Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (2002)

In the movie "Rear Window" (Alfred Hitchcock, 1954), a photographer is recuperating from a broken leg. He passes the time by spying on his neighbours through his apartment's rear window and comments the social aspects of what he sees with his girlfriend and a home care nurse that came every day to his house. This movie had a remake in 1998, a few moths after the discovery of Logos ("Disturbia" is a most recent remake).

"The Peacemaker" (1997)

By the time of the discovery of Zoe, appeared the movie "K-Pax" (2001), in which there is a man that claims to come from a planet called K-Pax. His psychiatrist and a group of astronomer discourse about this incredible man.

Just after (58534) Logos was named (June 2006), astronomer concluded the debate about "planet" definition.

(83982) Crantor, thud

(83982) Crantor is a centaur in a 1:1 mean motion resonance with Uranus discovered in April of 2002. There are prediscovery images back to January of 2002 and April-March of 2001. The orbit is between Saturn-Uranus and Uranus-Neptune.It has a perihelion of 14.1 AU and an aphelion of 25.0 AU. It has an inclination of 12.8º. It has a diameter of about 70 km. It was first suggested as a possible co-orbital of Uranus in the year 2006.

Greek mythology

Crantor was a Lapith who was killed by the centaur Demoleon in the battle between the Lapiths and the Centaurs. Demoleon fatally wounded Crantor after he tore off Crantor's chest and left shoulder with a tree trunk that Demoleon had thrown at Theseus, who ducked out of the way.

Dealing with a sudden end

(83982) Crantor is always involved in situations were a sudden death or end can become in any moment for reasons beyond our control, like in the movies "Crimson Tide" (1995) or "The Sum of All Fears" (2002).

"Back to the Future II" (1990)

(83982) Crantor, also has to deal with that unexpected sudden end or death, like in the movies "Minority Report" (2002), "K-Pax" (2002), "The Wedding Planner" (2001), "Japanese Story" (2003), "Apollo 13" (1995) or in the book "A Wizard of Earthsea" (Le Guin, 1968).

Sotz (the bat) in Mayan mythology

Ursula K. Le Guin, author of the book "A Wizard of Earthsea" (1968), has an energy square formed by the opposition of Nessus in Aries and 2003 OP32 in Libra in the Crossing Axis of the Age Progressions (Basis Horoscope / Moon-Node Horoscope) and the opposition of Crantor in Capricorn and Pluto in Cancer.

(55576) Amycus, the anomaly

(55576) Amycus is a centaur with 3:4 resonance with Uranus discovered in April of 2002. The orbit is between Saturn-Uranus and Neptune-Kuiper belt. It has a perihelion of 15.2 AU and an aphelion of 35.1 AU. The orbit is near 3:4 resonance with Uranus. It has a diameter of about 75 km. It has an inclination of 13.4º. It came to perihelion in February of 2003. There are prediscovery images back to February and January of 2002, March of 2001, April of 2000, March of 1997, March of 1995 and November of 1987.

Greek mythology

Amycus was the first centaur to engage in battle with the Lapiths after Eurytus was killed for raping Peirithous' bride Hippodamia. He began the battle by smashing the face of the Celadon with a candelabrum stripped from the inmost wedding shrine. Pelates of Pella killed Amycus by stabbing him with a table leg from a maple tree.

(55576) Amycus always finds the anomaly that has been latent in a system (that had worked well since that time), like in the movies "The Bourne Identity" (2002), "Minority Report" (2002), "Matrix Reloaded" (2003), "Trapped" (2002), "The Life of David Gale" (2002), or "Crimson Tide" (1995).

Naming of (136199) 2003 UB313 (Eris)

The mythological name of Eris was assigned to (136199) 2003 UB313 because its discovery created a great debate between astronomers about "planet" definition.

The discovery of (15760) 1992 QB1 [Albion] proved the existence of Kuiper Belt and brought on the disagreement of Pluto as a planet by some astronomers. Almost ten years later, the discovery of (136199) 2003 UB313 (Eris) made crucial the debate, and less than a month after the IAU resolution about planet definition, they decided to give the name 'Eris' to (136199) 2003 UB313 because of the debate than brought on its discovery.

That is a meaningful synchronous event recognized by astronomers.

(136199) Eris, self-knowledge that allows to make the right choice

(136199) Eris is a scattered disc dwarf planet discovered in October of 2003 and named in September of 2006. It has a diameter of aboout 2400 km (as big as Pluto). It has a perihelion of 37.8 AU and an aphelion of 97.6 AU (scattered disc object with high aphelion). There are prediscovery images back to September of 2003, December-August of 2001, December of 2000, November of 1997, October and August of 1995, December of 1994, November of 1993, November of 1990, September of 1989, September of 1982 and Semptember of 1954. It has an inclination of 43.9º.

(136199) Eris has a moon, with a diameter of about 400 km, discovered in 2005. It is named Dysnomia.

Orbital resonance:
4:9 with Pluto (99.9%)

3:20 with Uranus (99.4%)
5:17 with Neptune (99.4%)

If Athenea is the goddess of wisdom and military strategy and Hera is the goddess of marriage, why they claimed Eris apple "for the most beautiful one"?

We all know that Aphrodite is the goddess of love and beauty!!!

At the beginning of the movie "Sinbad: the Legend of the Seven Seas" (2003), Eris is in the out space with the Earth globe in her hands watching it: "It's a brand new day and the mortal world is at peace. But not for long. Just look at them. I pull one tiny thread, and their whole world unravels into chaos. Glorious chaos."

As always that things are not going in the right direction, when Eris sees that Sinbad is going to stole the big treasure and retire to Fiji (a tropical place with beach girls), and on the other hand, Marina is going to marry Proteus and take responsibilities in Syracuse, she gets so excited and quickly cames into play creating chaos and discord, of course pretending to correct the situation

When (136199) Eris is activated by the Age Point or by transit, the main theme that points, is to find who we really are and who we could be, because that is the necessary condition for having a deep motivation in life and experience a strong flow in what we are doing. The movie "In Good Company" (2005), shows how important is to self-rate correctly in the business world.

This self-knowledge can be used to set our life on the right path if we took the wrong road before (4:9 resonance with Pluto), like in the books "The Ugly Duckling" (1844) or "The Jungle Book" (1884, 1907). This ability can also by applied to others, like when astronomers reclassified Pluto as a dwarf planet.

In the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" (2003), the social intelligence of (136199) Eris allows the Captain Jack Sparrow to solve the situation by using the knowledge of the true origin of Will Tarner and Elizabeth Swann.

Osho has
Eris, 2002 GZ32 and Hylonome in Aries in the Crossing Point of the Age Progressions (Moon-Node Horoscope / Basis Horoscope).

(8405) Asbolus, the seer

(8405) Asbolus is a centaur discovered in April of 1995 and named in September of 1999. The orbit is between Jupiter and Neptune. It has a perihelion of 6.8 AU and an aphelion of 28.3 AU. It has an inclination of 17.6º. It has a diameter of about 85 km.

Greek mythology

Asbolus was a centaur that made forecasts from the flight formations of birds.

(8405) Asbolus joins the orbits of Jupiter (visual perception) and Neptune (symbolism). Dreams are a combination of images (Jupiter) and symbolism (Neptune). In the movie "Braveheart" (1995), Walece is dreaming with his dead wife and when he woke up he meets the princess Isabel. Both women have the same personality quality.

The combination of Jupiter's visual perception with Neptune's capability for identification and empathy gives to (8405) Asbolus a great ability for understand very quickly what others are doing by reading their face and corporal position or movement.

Michael Jordan, a professional basketball player, has Asbolus in the 1st House in the Crossing Point of Age Progressions (House Horoscope / Moon-Node Horoscope), in golden aspect (137º30') with 2005 RM43 in the 8th House.

(87269) 2000 OO67, spiritual cutting

(87269) 2000 OO67 is an inner Oort cloud object discovered in July of 2000. It has a perihelion of 20.8 AU and an aphelion of 1068.2 AU (inner Oort cloud object with Uranus at the perihelion). It has a diameter of about 60 km. It came to perihelion in April of 2005. In July of 2006 was made an important astronomical observation. It has an inclination of 20.1º.

(87269) 2000 OO67 combines the energy of Uranus, symbolized in the image by the flash of the lightning, with the wisdom of the inner Oort cloud, symbolized in the image by the circle.

The main theme with (87269) 2000 OO67 it is not to let go or to liberate, instead it is to cut. The sudden and unexpected burst of spiritual wisdom appears and proposes an opportunity to break with the present situation, like in the movies "The Beach" (2000), "28 days" (2000), "Vertical Limit" (2000), "The Hitcher" (2006), "When an Stranger Calls" (2006) and "Gone" (2006).

(88611) Teharonhiawako, astrology and time computation

(88611) Teharonhiawako is a classical Kuiper belt binary object discovered in August of 2001 and named in April of 2007. It has a perihelion of 42.9 AU and an aphelion of 45.3 AU. The companion was discovered in October of 2001. It has a diameter of about 175 km + 120 km. There is a prediscovery image back to August of 2000. It has an inclination of 2.6º.

The primary is named after Teharonhiawako, a god of maize in the Iroquois creation myth, while the secondary is named after his evil twin brother Sawiskera. Teharonhiawako was a son of the granddaughter of the Great Spirit creation god. He become a farmer and was loved by people.
Sawiskera was a skilled hunter but was jealous, cruel and destructive, and he was eventually conquered by his brother.

If Teharonhiawako is a farmer, that implies that there has to be knowledge of the seasons and the right time to sow, harvesting and rest of harvest procedures. There is some equivalent between Teharonhiawako and Oxomoco, the goddess of astrology and the calendar in Aztec mythology.

The main theme with (88611) Teharonhiawako is time computation, like transits or progressions in astrology, artificial satellite space operations, timetables, and everything related with time operations, especially when a work or some operation has to be finished before a determined time or date, like in the movies "Back to the Future" (1985), "Spy Game" (2001), Eight Below" (2006), "Vertical Limit" (2000), "Mission Impossible 2" (2000) and "Joseph: King of Dreams" (2000).

Mythology of Typhon and Echidna

Typhon, son of Gaia and Tartarus, is the most deadly monster of Greek mythology. Typhon attempts to destroy Zeus at the will of Gaia, because Zeus had imprisoned the Titans.

When Echidna and her mate attacked the Olympians, Zeus beat them back and punished Typhon by sealing him under Mount Etna. However, Zeus allowed Echidna and her children to live as a challenge to future heroes.

Typhon was known as the Father of all monsters; his wife Echidna was likewise the Mother of all monsters. Echidna was a drakaina, with the face and torso of a beautiful woman and the body of a serpent, sometimes having two serpent's tails. Typhon had an human superior part, but was described as a vast grisly monster with a hundred serpent heads "with dark flickering tongues" flashing fire from their eyes and a din of voices and a hundred serpents legs.

Typhon started destroying cities and hurling mountains in a fit of rage. All of the gods of Olympus fled to their home. Only Zeus stood firm, and the battle raged, ending when Zeus threw Mount Etna on top of Typhon, trapping him.  The titanic struggle created earthquakes and tsunamis.

Once conquered by Zeus' thunderbolts, Typhon was cast into Tartarus or in other volcanic regions, where he is the cause of eruptions. Typhon is thus the chthonic figuration of volcanic forces. Typhon is also the father of hot dangerous storm winds which issue forth from the stormy pit of Tartarus, where he was cast into.

Typhon has identified with Set in Egyptian mythology, god of hot sand storms.
