(385528) 2004 OR15, authoritarian leadership

(385528) 2004 OR15 is a scattered disc object discovered in July of 2004. It reached the perihelion in January of 2008.

It has a perihelion of 37.17 AU and an aphelion of 74.82 AU. The semimajor axis is at 56.00 AU. It has an orbital period of 419 years. It has an inclination of 6.9º.

Orbital resonance:
1:5 with Uranus (99.7%)
-
4:3 with Eris (99.5%)

"I-Robot" (2004)

(385528) 2004 OR15 combines the ability to follow instructions of 37 UA with the resonant leadership of scattered disc objects with medium aphelion. The emotions arise from inside with intensity, and as they are externalizing, they influence the people of the environment generating resonance.

"Gravity" (2013)

The authoritarian leadership only is effective if there are divergences in very critical situations, in which it is very important that all the members of the team follow the established rules or instructions of the person with more experience or ability.

(69988) 1998 WA31, friendly empathy

(69988) 1998 WA31 is a scattered disc object in 2:5 resonance with Neptune, discovered in November of 1998. It has a perihelion of 31.66 AU and an aphelion of 79.18 AU (scattered disc object with medium aphelion). The semimajor axis is at 55.42 AU. It has an orbital period of 413 years. It reached the perihelion in February of 1967. It has an inclination of 9.4º. It has a diameter of about 140 km.

(69988) 1998 WA31 is related with the typical friendy empathy of cartoons characters, like Balu in the movie "The Jungle Book" (1967), "Teletubies" (TV, 1998) or the character of the video game "Little Big Planet" (PS3, 2008).

(60458) 2000 CM114, 69 match

(60458) 2000 CM114 is a scattered disc binary object discovered in February of 2000. It has a perihelion of 35.5 AU and an aphelion of 84.4 AU (scattered disc object with medium aphelion). The companion was discovered in January of 2006 and announced in March of 2006. It has a diameter of about 150 km + 119 km.

(60458) 2000 CM114 is has the ability to fit together, like two pieces of a puzzle, in close interaction with another person or with a machine.

(84522) 2002 TC302, self-regulated learning

(84522) 2002 TC302 is a 2:5 resonant scattered disc object discovered in October 2002. It has a perihelion of 39.2 AU and an aphelion of 71.9 AU (scattered disc object with medium aphelion). It has an inclination of 35.0º. It has a diameter of about 1100 km. There are prediscovery images back to August of 2001 and August of 2000.

(84522) 2002 TC302 is related with self-regulated learning, like in the movie "Final Destination" (2000), "28 Days" (2000) or "Erin Brockovich" (2000), and especially "Lilo & Stich" (Disney, 2002).

The term self-regulated can be used to describe learning that is guided by metacognition (thinking about one's thinking)
strategic action (planning, monitoring, and evaluating personal progress against a standard), and motivation to learn. In particular, self-regulated learners are cognizant of their academic strengths and weaknesses, and they have a repertoire of strategies they appropriately apply to tackle the day-to-day challenges of academic tasks. These learners hold incremental beliefs about intelligence (as opposed to fixed views of intelligence) and attribute their successes or failures to factors (e.g., effort expended on a task, effective use of strategies) within their control. Finally, students who are self-regulated learners believe that opportunities to take on challenging tasks, practice their learning, develop a deep understanding of subject matter, and exert effort will give rise to academic success. In part, these characteristics may help to explain why self-regulated learners usually exhibit a high sense of self-efficacy. In the educational psychology literature, researchers have linked these characteristics to success in and beyond school. (Wikipedia: self-regulated learning)
