1998 WW31, secret societies

1998 WW31 is a binary classical Kuiper belt object discovered in November of 1998 (first of this class found to be binary). It has a perihelion of 40.6 AU and an aphelion of 48.4 AU. It has a diameter of about 130+110 km. The companion was discovered in December of 2000 and announced in April of 2001.  

When 1998 WW31 is activated, the only way to success is to carry out operations with extreme secretive.
