(148975) 2001 XA255 is a centaur in 1:1 resonance with Neptune and 1:2 resonance with Uranus, discovered in December of 2001. The obit is between Saturn and the Kuiper cliff. It has a perihelion of 9.33 AU and an aphelion of 48.44 AU. The semimajor axis is at 28.88 AU. It has an orbital period of 155 years. It reached the perihelion in June of 2010. The resonances were identified in the year 2006. It has an inclination of 12.6º. It as a diameter of about 12 km.

(148975) 2001 XA255 combines the closed structures of the Kuiper cliff (47-48 AU) with the solid material structures of Saturn. It is related with extremely security environments, were high technology is incorporated into very solid walls, like biologic scientific research facitlities, as in the movie "Resident Evil" (2002); secure rooms, as in the movies "Panic Room" (2002); or high security prisons, like the Guantanamo Bay detention camp established in January of 2002.
